Thanks for the advise, I wasn't sure if most bodybuilders use deadlifts or not in their routines. I can say from seeing them at my gym, I don't see anyone else but myself doing them. I was starting to think I was doing something wrong.Originally posted by bexsome
I would keep doing the deadlift as it is one of the bulk builders.As to SLDL i would do them on leg days as they work the hams more.
