They used to be good about that; but, they aren’t replacing mine either. 3 shipments in total, 2 lost, the third likely lost due to timeframe nearly 9 weeks now on that one. They went as far as offering about 1/3 the cost to replace the shipments in credit to me, so I’m down $1,000 for all three, plus paying shipping fees again and including the lost money in not having the discounts I had when placed over the holidays. This obviously also doesn’t account for another two months waiting for a replacement order that may, or may not, arrive and, likely will not be replaced/credited if lost.
