Hey everyone! I've actually been glued to this forum for a couple days now and the advise and wealth of knowledge here is awesome. I've learned a ton already.
I'm 5'5, 190, 20% BF at 39 years old. I've been working out off and on since I was in my early 20's. I had three shoulder surgeries that took me out of the game for years as I just couldn't get passed the pain. But the third surgery did the trick.
Anyway, I've recently done a few cycles of SARMS and have really liked the results. I recently was diagnosed with hypogonadism and after my first shot of test i was shocked at how good it made me feel. Thinking about going all in and doing a couple cycles of test but I already have high cholesterol that's barely controlled with medication so I have a lot to learn.
