Yes and no.
While getting practical application knowledge from us (and other verifiable sources) is fantastic, you absolutely should start with a strong foundation of the knowledge of the fundamentals.
I’d highly recommend grabbing a copy of William Llewellyn’s Anabolics. It’s available in pretty much every format these days, and is an invaluable reference guide for each of the different AAS (excluding some of the newer shit that doesn’t see wide use).
