As one can not blast indefinitely (at least not without some consequences) we go to the second part, cruise. This is where you lower the dosage. AFAIK most people cruise around 200-250mg of test per week. You essentially do a rinse and repeat of this for as long as you wish, many do so for life. This is a much more effective way of cycling AAS that will protect your muscle gains to a higher degree. There is no end, you just keep going and as you gain more experience you can test new compounds during your blast but the cruise will always be the same. Makes sense?
