Gallow, another post of yours I read to that same sentiment really stuck with me. I don’t know if I’ve ever heard anyone come out and speak against constantly changing your workout for the sake of muscle confusion.
I’ve been doing pretty much the same workout for a long while. It’s taken me a long time to figure out which exercises work best for me and if it’s working I’m not changing it to confuse the muscle. The intensity/weight changes, but not my bread n butter.
