I do not do ratios. I am presently doing 400, but once again, I’m cutting. I did 400 test at 400 tren and 800.
After this expirement, I’m not sure that I was getting any benefit from 800.
Plan on pissing off your wife/girlfriend at 800. LOL

My goal is to look like this for another 10 years. I think it can be done. I never burned. It was always less than 1 g.
I have no noticable sides yet.
And i discovered one more thing. At least when u r juiced, hitting weigths at 60 -70 % is more anabolic.
120% is catabolic. For CNS etc. Just go for the pump, then eat.
Lee Haney said it. Kitchen is 70%. What u do in the gym , isnt that important. Have pump, have fun. Then go home and eat more.

If ur obsessed. Do deads ultrastrict and slow 3 times a week with 90%.

If u need 2 hours gymtime for the head. And girls. Just be there for 2 hours. But lots of easy stuff, calves, neck, rear shoulders,traps. Dont burn with 100% Basic movements.

This is my take for the moment, and it works. At least on tren

I stil have progress. I will stay on 250 test 400 tren until august. I will not increase.
Btw, "they" are rigth. Trenbolone completely changes a guys physic.
It even changes the muscle insertions. Atleast it seems like it.
Before tren a guy migth be a little high on the lats insertions. 8 weeks with tren, and the lats go way down to your ass.
