    So you are thinking 350 Cyp and 600 Deca a week? You know your stuff way more than I do but that sounds like it would turn me into a bloated mother effer. I suppose I did not say I am not doing this for a mass gainer. Its Summer so I am still going to eat lean. And tbh I already have dick problems from time to time as it is. Probably a combination of getting older and doing zero PCT when I was younger. Of course I fear "Deca Dick" which is why I was keeping it at that. I have not been on this board in a long time but see you are an AR-Elite Hall of Famer. I actually respect that so will heed (at least some of your advice). I may bump it up to 400 Cyp and 400 Deca and see how that works. And I apologize again but would you recommend and AI for this cycle.

    Also, to previous poster. I have done NPP a time or two in the past and love it. One of my best cycles was Test Prop and NPP. I will never do it again though. Pinning that much is just a complete hassle for me. And the NPP I had gave me serious PIP. Quad shots would cripple me for days.

    Like Vette posted, not set in stone for your test to equal your nandrolone. Keep an eye on your E2 levels. Might want to consider having a little Cabaser/cabergoliine on hand if you can source it.

    Pardon for lack of clarity my friend, my intention was to propose a total of 175-200mg test + 400-600mg deca per week. More testosterone often is not advantageous, however the more exposure to 19 nor testosterone (durabolin)...offers better potential for gains in the lean body mass dept.

    I agree. Keep nandrolone to a maximum 600mg split into 2 shots per week and a long estered test as the dose you said. This is such a sweet spot for many hobby bbers and strength athletes.
    If you push the testosterone too high it will aromatase more readily and has the potential to interact with the work nandrolone does on the progesterone receptors.
    I find splitting the weekly dose and running for 14 weeks or until the gains plateau helps to keep sides to a minimum. Proviron is going to help if your libido takes a dive too.

    Proviron also binds to the the SHBG more freeing up the other hormones.

    I agree. Let the synthetic hormones that were designed to be better at specific tasks, do the heavy lifting.
