Before coming off trt due to cancer shat on my life, I ran dim at 300mg per day with vit e. At 400mg it reduced my estrogen levels a little too much as my trt us 125mg weekly.
It works well but I have a feeling it will need to be tested during a blast with a higher dose of testosterone.
I could dig up my bloods and tell you the estrogen figures if really wanted.

Trt weekly dose 125mg testosterone enanthate split into 2 shots per week.

Estrogen before dim: 50pmol/l

Estrogen after dim: 30pmol/l

*Dim dosed at 300mg daily
