I have an idea of what you mean by 'feel like superman', and it's not an emotion that well-grounded people typically feel -- it's an emotion felt by people who are always bouncing around and never really settle mentally.
I knew a guy one time who worked out 7 days a week, he was my friend and he had a lot of problems, and he wound up dying of an overdose last year. But anyway I'd say take at least 2 days off per week. I'd feel like shit if my life was just constant exercise, or just constant work, or just constant.... anything. Even back when I was doing yoga by myself at home ever day, I still took days off.
There's other ways of prodding at how you feel... reading the bible, chanting with beads, etc. Actually this Friday I'm going to a Buddhist meditation centre. There's a guy near me here who owns his own gym, and he's doing really well since he started going to mosque. Whatever works.
