    Kelkel you are right on the eating lol. That is why I haven't started anything yet. It has been years since I have done a proper cycle and before TRT I would just use Sust and then add in some d-bol and deca but that was long ago so I think I will read more before starting.

    I need to find out meal plans, dosages and workout plans. I want to learn more for my age and not what I have been doing which is what I did at 23.

    Well, your goals do matter. That said, as most guys get older (and not competing, etc) it makes sense to lessen the risk when cycling. I just mentioned this in another thread but keeping your test down to a reasonable level where it doesn't require ancillaries then making up the difference in androgens by adding in safer alternatives such as var, mast, primo, etc. But, food is everything first and foremost.
