I had Covid when I visited upper peninsula in Michigan. The first 2 days were bad with fever but the rest was me feeling out of it and feeling like I was in a dream for about 1 month, I still can’t smell somethings and it’s been about 6 months but I can taste after about 2 months. All that shit you pump into your body should kill any virus that enters. You should be like Thor by now

I haven’t seen the gym in 5 years since I was on here last. Been busy doing tree work and masonry work for a living, so that’s what’s been stopping me but now that work slowed down a bit I’m back at it. I looked in the mirror and was sick of seeing an average man plus my main reason to train is to help me in everyday life to be more efficient and I wasn’t feeling efficient anymore . Covid made me feel out of it for about 1 month or so and after that I had a bad cough for another month. It would def suck to work out having Covid though. Take it for what it’s worth, rest and recoup. It had me feeling so weird that caffeine or alcohol wouldn’t even do anything so I slowed way down in my daily consumption still this day.
