Then 5 days of plenty calories and carbs will follow. Then repeat.
Also thinking of adding a 3. day. Content will be 350 grams of pro with a good amount of fat.
More and more youtube vids say insulin resistance is the number one cause of health issues.
I have no issues now that i know of, but this shit must be taken seriously.
And as i said, when even Tony Huge (the guy who suggests tren for solving chest pain due to stress) advocates this fasting thing, it must be something to it.
