Nicked a vein?

I’m well in to my cycle about 1/3 through my second bottle from the same supplier on same order. Injected in left thigh, pulled back on plunger, nothing came back except a small bubble (maybe residual air from needle or water from muscle, not exactly sure but no blood) was about .5ccs in on a 1.25cc pull started feeling that weird urge in my chest like a cough coming on but never came. Pulled needle and immediately started sweating, shakey, any ideas?

You must have nicked a vein. I have had it happen many times and all i can say is it sucks. You cough like crazy for a minute or two
