    Groupings: quads, hams ( only once per week), back, biceps
    Group 2: chest, shoulders, triceps.

    Appreciate you sharing that. As i figured judging by the volume you are doing im simply not hitting them enough, with a little HIT mix in. Something i will have to work up to

    Part of it is volume, part of it is going to failure, and part of it is intensity. I added intensity modifiers ( ie drop sets, 10 seconds and go to failure again, etc).
    Mentally, I know I only have two working sets per exercise so I need to kill it every time.
