U think i look smal now. I can feel it. Im just flat. 4 weeks wo carb. Fasting, IMF. But...when i eat and in the gym, it all fills out. Real nice. Tomorrow i have chest. And im training with a prev miss Universe competitor. For sure i will fill out for the wo.
I know u dont believe me and its not sure she allovs me to picture us training, but....here she is. AND, i will put on my best newwashed clothes and try stop gymrats from thinking, what the fuck is this old man doing with that chick.
Ofcourse they will not think so. Hehe. I also look decent.

Actually she is half Russian. So i must remember to not bring up the war.
As Basil Fawlty did in the much admired british comic show from the 70s, "Fawlty Towers"
Basil got some German guests at his hotel and he deceided not to mention the war. But before they arrived, he smashed his head and he ended up talking about the war all the time, even if i didnt want to. He even imitated the funny walk and Htler speaking.[emoji846][emoji16]
