Sorry, I certainly didn't explain myself well, so I have a slightly inflamed prostate and based on what I eat and drink, for example coffee, wines, spirits ... I feel discomfort, let's say that by maintaining a controlled diet I do not feel physical discomfort .
I made all the clinical tests (ultrasound, psa, urological examination) to check the state of the same and nothing particular was found.
Having said that, I would like to start a new cycle, I wanted to know some of your opinions.
    Thanks in advance

Using gear can enlarge a prostate. From what you said, you're already there with the enlarged prostate. Now, does it sound like a good idea to be taking gear? That sounds like throwing gasoline on a fire you're hoping to put out.

No .. I said exactly the opposite, from the exams I did my prostate is very normal ... from discomfort I feel, burning in the mision, discomfort in the perineum, my urologist told me that it is a simple inflammation, accentuated from food factors. Just to understand, I have no problem urinating or holding back
