If your prostate is normal and yours is mainly inflammation type issues, no matter what I ran, I would start off at a moderate level and keep an eye on DHT levels, particularly at your age. That's not a hack on your age, I'll be 58 this year.

Be prepared for the cost of the DHT panel, I've not found an inexpensive one yet.

Dang, AG, where is "here" for you? I was thinking you were in the US, ulta lab tests has DHT consistently for $68, before any coupon codes. Ignore the percent off, that is their marketing speak. It has always been $68 from them, at least since I have been ordering it.
