    The question moreso is, is there a specific mechanism that would be translating to a isolated hypertensive case? I've done some extensive reading and it seems ISH is quite common in the AAS world

    High E2 levels can contribute, but usually once it hits, it's more of a generalized side effect. If you're prone to panic attacks or tend to be wound a little tight, that can contribute as well.
