    I don't know what your cycle experience is, but I think your test dosage is fine. The whole point in using other steroids is to get them to do the heavy lifting. But that being said, if you were planning on running a higher dosage of NPP, I'd be suggesting you to run a DHT derivative steroid too. But at 300mg a week of npp, you're probably not going to get deca dick considering you're taking 225mg of test.

    If you've never run a cycle of gear before, I'd just suggest you keep it simple and run 500mg of test e a week for 12-14 weeks
    I guess the nandrolone doesn’t work the same for everyone but I’m giving it a try. My only exp is being on trt 150mg for the last year. When I was in college I did a sust 250 and dbol cycle at 800mg a week like an idiot which is probably why I had to jump on trt now that I’m 38

    College was a long time ago. Just keep it simple with test only.

    this is the second time ive seen you be shitty with someone for pretty much no reason... one of them being me, who was only asking for advise lol

    Pretty much no reason? The guy comes in asking for advice with the intent that he's going to do what he originally planned regardless of what's said. Now I ask "why bother asking?"

    But since you brought yourself up. You're some dude who lost a lot of fat (which is good), who clearly doesn't know how to put on muscle or even have a diet to put on muscle, but thinks they are ready for gear. I was being nice by saying you should step back and reconsider running gear for the meantime (which is advice).
