Dude, by the time you notice you've been losing hair, it's already been going on for a long time. You just didn't notice it happening. The only real solution is transplants and you really need to go do your homework if you choose that route. You can tell bad transplants from a mile away, but you don't know the guys who had good transplants even had them.
That being said, going bald isn't a big issue. I worried about it like 13 years ago when I first started to go bald. I tried the Rogaine and it didn't work for me (which is the case in a lot of people). So I started shaving my head.
