I was a little down yesterday, but...new plan already. Its OMAD with lots of carbs after workout.
Then fatfree kefir 2 hours infront to prepare the gut on that big meal.
I looked so good this morning, after my high carb bufet from yesterday after the crappy workout.
And when reading/hearing the experts tell about the list of some 20-30 benefits of OMAD, specially relevant for us who like to use anabolics, it exists me.
Ive tried keto OMAD before with a high fat breakfast. Good but not fantastic.
So now i try real deal OMAD high in carbs.
U can lookinto it, but one thing. For bodybuilders, this will work. Why?? yes, because u will not loose muscles. With OMAD, your HGH will be skyrock high and it will protect muscles, maybe build some and melt fat like a mf. Naturally.
With weigthtraing and drugs, u will easily build muscles. Even if your able to eat just 3000 cals on that meal. Cause you will utilize the nutritients fully. Eating 8 times a day and u will only ve abke to use 20% of the protein. In addition put destroing stress on your organs.
