What are your goals? Be specific.
But even without that, there are some general things you should do:
Eat well
Train consistently
Recuperate properly
You have to have those down to get the most out of PEDs. Otherwise, you are wasting time and money. Plus, you are maximizing your risk / benefit ratio <-- that is backwards. You are putting your health at risk while fiddle farting away the potential benefits because you haven't dialed in those 3 things.
