Oh yeah, plus a ton of cardio.
Point being though, for my genetic makeup & maybe my age, keeping my estrogen on the lower range agrees with me. When I did BW just on TRT with the arimidex originally, I was never too low, just in the lower ranges. At that time though, I was doing .5 twice a week. Add to that, at that time as well, on this forum, using arimidex and keeping Estrogen a little lower was not as frowned upon as it is now. The pendulum has just swung the other way (right or wrong?). I feel going with what works best for you is something to keep in mind as we all can respond differently.
