Man, I'm going to get heavy on the shoulders, I'm even going to start doing barbell lifts behind the head for the shoulders again.. You who are a physical therapist can say; if the shoulder exercise "behind the head with the bar" causes injuries? I abolished this exercise and also saw my shoulders slumped, I'm thinking of going back with it and going against the experts who demonize the exercise with the barbell behind the head for saying that it causes shoulder injuries.
