Test levels, how long before they drop to normal?

I'm on TRT and was running it at a higher dose but now have to lower it back to my prescribed dose because I have to get bloods done October 3rd... So just lowered it this week.

Is 3 weeks enough for my test levels to drop back to my prescribed levels?

I was running 1ml of 100mg/ml test cyp twice per week, and have now lowered it to half, 0.5ml twice per week.
