Nandrolone is more androgenic than testosterone. The reason why we don't get as many androgenic effects (IE hair loss), is because through 5a reductance, nandrolone is metabolized in to DHN which is less androgenic than test, nandrolone and DHT (which is also caused by 5a reductance).

Preventing the conversion to DHN increases the amount of nandrolone and thus you're more likely to face hairloss. And those who are taking finasteride are already at high risk of losing their hair due to androgenic effects.
