It comes across kind of silly but it works. It isn't a reflection of who you are as a total human being. Much like enjoying heavy metal doesn't mean your an A social freak. I had a philosophy professor make fun of heavy metal in front of class. Saying "these people must imagine marching into war, brutality and blood!!!" He was dead serious. On the inside I was like. "Bro this guy is a philosophy professor how ironic to make such a dumb ass statement". The weights are therapy. Not an alpha male complex.

Back to the subject. I can happily say that I do not let AAS and testosterone rent space in my head. Even as a young teen; Was lucky to be caked in fast twitch muscle and eventually fast recovery and abnormally strong legs. Even when I had it as a teenager if anything I was a push over and a softy which I thoroughly regret. I only bring it up as an example. I don't let hormones rent space in my head. Period. And I'm happy I can admit that.
