Ended up with some wickedlabz liquid and honestly it’s been good, sleep is great and it’s much easier to shove 5 meals down my throat now with appetite in crease, overall happy
I have not noticed any retention Cuz I read that was a big thing but I can say that I’ve been on a diet and have lost body fat but not so much on the scale so there could be some water retention there

Its a problem for me im sure diet is also hurting ive just never been able to on mass eating 6 meals of rice and chicken. Its just not enough calories , meaning i cant eat enough with throwing a junk meal in 1-2 times a day

So I can’t survive on chicken breast and not want to cheat every time I pass by a McDonald’s, I switched to 93% lean ground beef for my protein source and never looked back, just a much better fit for me, meal prep is easier and the results are good
