Without knowing anything specific about you. If you have no experience with gear and your training, diet and physique are at a level where you're ready for gear, I'd do a test c or e only cycle at 400-500mg for 12-14 weeks. Your diet is going to determine if you're bulking and how vascular you get. By the way, you can make yourself look more vascular temporarily by dehydrating yourself.
