I just ran what the bottles said to run. 2 pills a day which I believe was 20 or 30mg. Different companies had it dosed differently and some mixed other prohormones with it too. This was around 2008-2009 and as one company stopped making it other companies started making theirs. Then it was flat out banned by the FDA and that's what actually brought me to doing real gear.

The thing I liked about superdrol though was strength went through the roof quickly on it (if you can get yourself on enough stimulants to counter the lethargy). One thing that was shocking and scary was I had a greenish brown discharge from my nipples on it. It was mostly my left one, but both of them did do it. Can I say for sure it was the superdrol that did it? I don't know.

I don't know how much muscle you plan to add on in a cycle, but I highly doubt it's going to be 20-30lbs. Getting bloated and retaining water isn't muscle.

As far as tren goes, I've only ever taken acetate, but nearly everything you've heard about it is either exaggerations or flat out lies. It was great for strength and preserving muscle in a caloric deficit. But I never once turned in to a date rapist. I wasn't ever trying to pick up fat chicks on busses or any of the other crazy stories I hear passed around. In fact, I got "tren cough" only a couple times. In fact, I've had many worse coughing fits from test or test/deca only when I was still injecting in my quads and nicked a vein.

I will say if you're on tren you definitely need to be checking your BP regularly (and you probably should be doing that even if you're not running tren). You might want to make some deposits at the blood bank on it though.
