The irony is that the whole point of Deca combined with HGH use is to help support physical therapy/recovery. I'm forced to stop deadlifting and barbell rows or at least avoid heavy lifts and do high repetitions with light weights.
It'll probably be worth paying for or hiring a personal trainer to examine my compound/heavy lifts for proper form and execution just to eliminate incorrect form as a possibility.
The benefit of using Deca on top of everything else is I plan on doing lower back extensions until I just can't do anymore. Very very very slowly add plates during progression of strength and endurance. I mean really ****ing develop a Christmas tree with all the Christmas lights and the angel on top. Probably do some glute and hamstring development as well.
If anyone else has some suggestions for strengthening auxiliary muscles used during deadlifts, reverse hack squats and leg pressing please speak away.
