What's your age? Your cholesterol LDL is moderately high. Whether or not you do gear, you probably should go see the doctor and get that taken care of.
Your ALT is high in your liver, but that might be explained by your LDL being high. Again you probably should see your PCP about this.
Your Lymphocyte percentage is slightly high which I think you're either just recovered from a mild cold or you have a little inflammation going on in your body. This isn't anything serious.
Your MCV and MCH are slightly low while your RBC is slightly high. It's probably just you're a little deficient on iron, but it could also be thalassemia (although a very minor case if it's that and I don't think it's this). Still I would discuss your bloodwork with your PCP.
Your health should be more important than any cycle you're planning to run. Even if you decide to not run gear, you should still get this checked out.
