Before we even discuss your cycle, let's talk about your current condition.

What's your age? Your cholesterol LDL is moderately high. Whether or not you do gear, you probably should go see the doctor and get that taken care of.

Your ALT is high in your liver, but that might be explained by your LDL being high. Again you probably should see your PCP about this.

Your Lymphocyte percentage is slightly high which I think you're either just recovered from a mild cold or you have a little inflammation going on in your body. This isn't anything serious.

Your MCV and MCH are slightly low while your RBC is slightly high. It's probably just you're a little deficient on iron, but it could also be thalassemia (although a very minor case if it's that and I don't think it's this). Still I would discuss your bloodwork with your PCP.

Your health should be more important than any cycle you're planning to run. Even if you decide to not run gear, you should still get this checked out.

LOL @ A full body massage once a week.

I don't know if you're iron deficient, but regardless, I would get a good multi-vitamin and see if that will get rid of the mild anemia.

But as far as eating 1.8g per KG body weight of protein goes, that's a lot of food to somebody who isn't used to that. I'd take a week and log everything you normally would eat and drink including portion size. The go figure out your average daily macros from that. That'll be your baseline. It's easier to progressively make slight modifications to your existing diet than it is to just start a brand new diet. You're more likely to stick with your usual habit and just add (or take away) one thing than you are doing something completely different. Habits are built over time so change your current diet habit over time.

I gave a suggestion. Take a whole week and eat/drink like you normally do. Except you write down what you eat and what the portion size is of everything. Have a can of Coke? Write it down. Then afterwards we can go through that and look for little changes to make.
