The concerns of giant gut, enlarged organs, etc are overblown when taken at "health optimized" levels, like 2, maybe 4iu per day. Those things become concerns when running 10+iu per day for years at a time. Still, better to be safe than sorry.
Regarding your other comment concerning adex messing with your joints, that's an estrogen thing, not purely an adex thing. It is totally possible to tank your estrogen without an AI in the mix, like with one of these DHTs. It is less likely in the latter case, but can still happen. Thus the recommend to start at 1 to 1 and see how it goes.
