You pasted some stuff designed only to provoke the US members of the board.

What I said, so that maybe you can understand it, is:

Russia, China and maybe India are the only real players here.
Everyone else is a baby nation.
The baby nations are hoping to align themselves with the bigger players because they are insignificant on their own.
These actions are perceived to be a problem for the US.
The US cannot be bothered with the actions of these nations at this time.
When / IF the US decides to deal with these issues, the little baby nations will hide behind the skirts of Russia, China and India.
