    What makes u want to cycle during your busiest work schedule? Competition coming up?

    Been feeling pretty sluggish. Wanted to get the energy, stamina and strength that comes with cycling. So it was more for the benefits than anything else

    Agree.

    Funny you say that. I started a cpap about 6-7 months ago and it's life changing. I wake up with energy and I've put on probably 10+ lbs with the only variable being sleep. No added AAS in the past 1.5 years due to other med issues. It is absolutely amazing. Feels like I'm on cycle but I'm not. I guess my body forgot what it was like to be rested.

    Download the "Mintal Tracker" app and use it at bedtime. It breaks down your sleep pattern, apnea risk, breathing stops and much more and gives audio playback, which scared the crap outta me. Amazing app that even my sleep doc was impressed with.
