Well, I would suggest that while "abuse" may be subjective, if the definition is as you said, "ran every compound under the sun", then the answer is aboslutley not, regardless of any claims. Furthermore; anyone who has done everything under the sun likely did not do any of it in a manner for the betterment of recovery.
