Been almost two months - how r u feeling?

I had to stop by this thread after talking to my dad again - finally after about a year since diagnosis

    they gave him 3 option:

1 - let it go & he would have about 5 years to live
2 - hit it with radiation
    3 - full immediate removal

He went for the 3rd, 9 months ago

Fuuuuuuck, it’s definitely as bad as I thought +worse x5

Yet, this guy was off from work for 6 weeks -then went back to working 12-16 hour days 5-6 days a week

I was & still am quite speechless. I told him he doesn’t have to work. Thankfully where I am in life right now, I can clear their debt & cover their bills fine - he refuses

That about covers that, if this gets read by anyone - great, if not - it’ll just stay posted on this board until whenever

This place sure is more dead than ever - social media trash really did phase forums out

Man, your pop sounds legit. We should all hope to be that strong.

And yeah, reddit and the like did a number on forums. I'm hoping we see an eventual backlash / pendulum swing back the other way, when people realize one of the benefits of forums is that there is greater knowledge to BS ratio here.

Yeah, it’s tough - especially now knowing what he is/was going through - just really really really fucking sucks ass. . . He seriously lived the most clean life a man could. Ate clean, never did any drugs, no roids & no booze(ever) - the guy wouldn’t even take Tylenol

    And, now this

First generation past the holocaust & made it to the US + to make it out to right where BNI is located to save my life. . . Just wow!

Ever since he told me of his diagnosis, I was put on a constant psa watch. . . Unlike him though, at this point in my life - I am nowhere near as strong.

Being dickless just doesn’t settle with me

Him - well, I may lift twice my weight - but, he definitely has my real life strength beat

Really do wish me & him were closer

I am just the opposite Done everything from Ludes to X and Coke and 10 Xs my weight is weed and I like a cigar now and then. Booz Of choice is Vodka and Bourbon .

The need for Diaper and no wood is something docs have to warn you about like when they give you a spinal for shoulder surgery you may be paralyzed. So it has been a year and a 1/2 now and right after radiation he put me on 20mg Calais daily get it from civilian pharmacy because VA only allow 4 pills per mth. so at this point in time I never needed a diaper and my natural wood in the AM is improving to full staff and hard in the am and soon will be wood upon demand . But the trimix is the shit! Anytime the wife wants some - a shot at the base of my dick and ready for a porn star.

My summary of prostate cancer is your own personal stay positive and never stop fighting. This cancer of the prostate is a life changer - but many other traumas in life are a game changer this was just another bump in the road at 65. Attitude is everything ! Yes monitor your PSA and always stay positive and have a good urologist you trust. Those 2 things are what make this cancer beatable . My urologist did the watch and wait with me for 8 years. I had to adapt and over come Ankle fusion , Prostate Cancer and back surgery all in a 2 year period .

I want to thank Wango for reaching out to me and just sharing that strangers but internet friends cared about me and wanted to stay up to date with me and I began engaging again. I am physically back to square one in the gym. I am alive and no learning curve doing lots of cardio to cut the gut that has attached itself to my sedimentary recoveries and walking was a gift. Don't let the negative water cooler talk scare you take things head on and yesterday is gone you can never reclaim it. Tomorrow is the 1st day of the rest of your life plan ahead. Live today with all the heart you have and squeeze every drop of fun and laughter out of every day above ground. No reason to worry about wood - modern meds make life worth living and I am going to cut my test in half and take 1/2 ml 50 mg of Primo every other day. Pricey but the best compound you can pin. Still on HGH and I think it and TB-500 have assisted in my many recoveries and they say you keep all you gain on HGH. I cannot say I agree with that but I will see over the next few mths. B M P, B M P, B M P !!!

Man, it is good to see you posting again!

They did or did not operate on the prostate? I saw that they cooked it, but seems like the last I read, they were thinking about cutting, too?

And holy cats, what must a PSA of .6 be like? Man, I don't think I would ever have to clean the toilet with a brush, just pressure wash it with Cy Jr if I had a PSA of < 1.0

Put in some Motley Crue and rock on out, brother!
