    New Years Cycle Plans

    Current Stats:
    * Weight: 235 lbs
    * Body Fat: 19% (scan from October)

    Primary Goal:
    Cut down to 12% body fat while staying as heavy and strong as possible. Priority is slow, steady fat loss while maintaining strength. I'll remain in a caloric deficit without going too low, and if I hit 12% mid-cycle, I'll bump calories slightly above maintenance.
    Long-term target: Sit around 235-240 lbs at 12-15% body fat. Not in a rush and not interested in rapid weight loss just to hit the number in exchange for muscle loss.

    Training Plan:
    I?ve been rotating through programs from penandpaperstrengthapp (if you know, you know).
    * October: Completed Squatober great leg strength gains.
    * November: Ran "All I Want for Christmas Is a Big Bench" 5-day, 90-min full body power sessions with a bench emphasis (benching every day).
    Progress was solid, but I had an unexpected eye surgery this past Wednesday. I?m paused from training until Dec 19th. Once cleared, I?ll continue cycling through the 30-day powerlifting blocks from penandpaperstrengthapp.
    I?ve noticed my old push/pull routine feels weak compared to these. I follow the programs pretty closely, but I consistently add:
    * Abs after every session
    * 30 min walk post-workout or evenings after
    * Considering adding a 6th day if I feel something?s missing
    * Also thinking about slowly increasing cardio

    Current Enhancements:
    * Currently: TRT + Tirzepatide
    * Planned: Switching from tirzepatide to Retatrutide on Dec 1

    Diet Approach:
    In the past I obsessed over details, but now I'm keeping it simple:
    * Stay in a calorie deficit
    * Hit protein targets
    * Aim for whole food protein sources, but tirzepatide has pushed me toward more supplements due to appetite suppression
    * Hoping Retatrutide allows more real food intake to help preserve muscle

    Thought Process:
    I?ve always preferred short esters nothing has matched the pump of Test Prop for me, and Test Prop/Tren ED was my favorite cycle by far.
    That said, I don't need to start this phase of my life as a daily pin-cushion. Going to give enanthates another shot.
    Starting with a familiar combo: Test + Tren. I debated dropping tren, but truthfully I love how I look and feel on it and I miss that "Superman" effect. Considered adding Masteron but saving that for the next run since I've never used it before. 200mg is lower that I have ever ran Tren so we will see how that goes.
    Peptides are new for me. May add additional down the road but starting with Reta, Mot-C, SLU-PP-332 considering adding something for recovery

    Planned Cycle:
    Anavar 50 mg ED, 8 weeks (oral)
    Test E 600 mg/week, 16 weeks (IM)
    Tren E 200 mg/week, 16 weeks (IM)
    HGH 4 IU ED (SubQ)
    Retatrutide 2 mg → 12 mg (slow ramp, evaluate every 4 weeks) (SubQ)
    MotC 5 mg EOD (SubQ)
    Slu-PP-332 1200 mcg 2x daily (SubQ)

    Sounds pretty good, man. I think you'll be pleased with the effects of tren at the 200 mg/week level. It's effective without the crappy sweating and loss of sleep issues.

    I've not read much on Slu-PP-332, so it will be interesting to hear your thoughts on it.

    Please keep us updated on your progress!

    I will 100% keep you guys in the loop. I plan on being more active now that I have a little more free time again. Really missed this place.

    Being an "Older Bro" my sleep already is a fragile thing. Hoping the HGH will help with that a little. HGH used to always be out of my price range back in the day so this is my first cycle with it.

    I'm getting the SLU suspended in oil so it's unique to what a lot of guys are doing. Hoping it works well. I'm a peptide nob.

    As for the Tren this is lower than I have ever used. Have had some suggest I go even lower but I love the emotional sides of Tren. Unlike most people I think it is healthy for me and mixes with my personality well. I am always a very mindful guy who thinks things through and knows his limits. A little superman complex is good once in a while

    I love English mastiffs. They are a great dog. I have two American Bullies. One classic (he's 9 YO) and one XL (she's 9 Months). I'm pretty sure my wife thinks she comes in 3rd to them and my weightlifting Dog People and Lifters are the best sorts of people.

    Nice cycle,I like the low tren.
    When I run it I usually run between 70-140 a week no higher.
    No sides and I do see decent results.
    Love English Mastiffs,my cousin breeds them!
    I have two English bull terriers and we are waiting on a new puppy English!

    I'd be starting next month if it wasn't for having eye surgery this past Wednesday. I'm ban from weight training till at least 12/19. Depressed and bored all week. I can almost feel my muscles turning to fat before my eyes. My wife says I'm exaggerating lol

    @ Ron, we love all breeds, but mastiffs have always been the most special to us.

    Right now we have a beagle mix that wandered up half starved ( she looks good now, lol) and another that is a cross between German Shepherd and a Basset hound. Not sure how those 2 breeds managed to tie up and do the deed.

    As soon as the wife gets over her stubborn streak, )she needs and hip replacement and knee replacement) we will back with mastiff in the house!.

    As incentive to do the surgery, we have funds set aside for more English or bull mastiffs. Our biggest boy was 281#, so if we go with that bloodline again, I'll have to do a lot of behavior training so the wife isn't drug around our property.

    The bully breeds are cool. Those XL bulls get WIDE!!!

    Please keep us in the loop , especially regarding the peptides. I've been speaking to a guy who was completed in strongman events back in the old iFSA days and is still active today. He has just undergone some surgery and we talk peptides frequently. I think I'm going to dip my toes into the peptide pool again to run along my PCP ordered TRT of 150mg/test cyp that is split into 75mg of test cyp 2x/week.

    I have a couple of strings of days off coming up in December and early January and plan to get my shop gym cleaned up are ready for use again. Looking forward to it!

    Definitely get those eyes fully healed up before you get into the lifting side of your routine.

    @ Vette, I know you're always current on the peptides. Have you run across the Slu-PP-332 in oil?

    I've been speaking with a well known guy from your state about peps and am going to give the TB500 and BPC-157 another go. I'm still on the fence about the retatrutide.

    I've strained a groin muscle twice and torn it once with some bruising.. It's the pectineus muscle and it has been a rough one to heal. As once I'll be burning some vacation over the next 2 months, I figure it would be a good time to start up the peps.

    Not at all Bro. I am one of the original AR post whores. I think PT even put that on my title for a few months back in the day lol. While we are all here I'd like to say I here for the long hall until I am too old and banged up to lift or until BC decides to close it down. 53 years young as of now so I got some time. FYI I was smart and robbed the cradle. Wifes 45 and she'll be young enough to take care of me when my joints don't work anymore Anyway, I'd love to think of some ways to help boost traffic to what it used to be. Maybe a TikTok feed or something like that could bring in new blood. We could all take turns and post videos on different topics then link people to the board.

    I am newer to Peptides myself but I can tell you Tirzep is amazing and Reta is supposed to be 100x better. I went from a 320lb lazy fat ass to about 235ish this year. At that I even took about 3 months off after the first 60lbs to let my body get used to the new weight. I have lots of peptides for recovery, old age, and HGH I plan on giving a go. I come from the age of gimmicky steroid like scams like Cybergenics. So I am still a bit sceptical always.

    On the SLU I am taking the oil because there is some controversy about the effectiveness of taking it orally. You can mix it with BA but it's a process because it doesn't mix easily. Someone I trust 100% on another board says capping it works but I plan on trying both ways.

    I love all dogs tooo (not nasty cats though) Bully Breeds have a special place for me like Mastiffs for you. I have never had a more loving loyal dog than a Bully Breed. They get such a bad rep but they are so affectionate and loyal to their humans.

    Well..... thinking this will be postponed now. I went back on my TRT last week and then my lab results came back and they found blood in my stool so back off again for me. I will be calling in to schedule the anal video production team (colonoscopy). Maybe I can live stream and make some cash on this like a Kardashian. Either way I doubt I will be on cycle in January. Better to know and take care of things but still frustrating to have another setback. I was hoping the doc would let me get back to lifting Friday but now who knows.

    That's the wise move ...make sure everything is up to par before starting. Good job!

    Was the blood detected during a Cologard DNA test or a plain fecal occult blood test?

    Keep us updated, please.

    Just my regular FOBT. I was honestly considering a colonoscopy anyway. My Anesthesiologist from my eye surgery is my age and he was shocked when I told him I had not had one yet. Honestly IMO it'ss probably a hernia. I am the type to over strain and push myself. Just makes sense unfortunately but well see.

    Quick update on me. My Doctor Cleared me on 12/17. Been hitting the gym but just a light push pull routine for now to get myself back after the month off. My peptides and HGH are in and ready now I just need to pick up my AS and I'm good to go. Early January. Colonoscopy scheduled for 12/29 so if they find nothing major I will be good to go.
