I am hoping the training part. 6iu is not that high. HGH is one of the things that are new to me. I have never ran it before. Been on it about 3 weeks now. The arm feels better today think the tylenol helped. Sometimes once you are able to get the swelling down these little pains seem to go away.
I'm a little concerned about my eye. I strained while benching a little yesterday. Hard to explain it but the eye feels off. The vision is changed. It still has an pocket of gas so who knows if it is anything but my imagination but I'm gonna make a doctors appointment anyway. If I have to go through that again and then be told I can't lift heavy ever again.... I may chose an eye patch.
@Ron, I hope the feeling in your eye turns out to be just part of the healing and is a non-issue.

They look awesome! Dogs give unconditional love that most people just can't do. In October my 14 yr old little girl passed away in my arms and our 18 year old cat passed three days later. Shitty week to say the least. Miss her badly. She was by my side or on my lap every single day. Still tear up thinking about her.

I tear up everytime I think of losing my 9 year old. He'll be 10 in a few months. He has been my most loyal friend. Seen me through both kids moving out. Honestly that's why I got the lil girl. I thought she will be there to soften the blow when he does pass. Hopefully many many many years from now. I was much worse when my test was sitting at 150 lol Thank god for TRT or we'd all be sniveling little bitches LOL

Review: Did my workout got home and read about the loss of a good brother on another board I go to and didn't really feel like blogging. The show must go on though so logging it today. Nice job on those supersets! Bet your prcs and delts were on fire at times.
You may find you don't even need the milk thistle with the addition of the NAC. TUDCA is a good addition as well, IMHO.

Monday I had such a pump in my delts. My Pecs have not been on fire like my legs were when they were the focus group. They look good though. Best they have looked in a long time. Feeling strong. Goal is to hit 225 after the month. That would be 20lbs on my bench in a month. Huge but I got 40lb on my squats in October.
I considered cutting the milk thistle honestly but I have it already and when I did the research there were some studies showing each worked well with milk thistle, So I decided to just keep it in there. Maybe overkill but might as well.

Thoughts: Had to catch up a few days here so missing insight for those.
Sleep had become rough. Tried the F-40 mask then last night tried the F-30i. The F-30i seems to work better for me. My lack of sleep still continues but dont feels it's the mask now. Took Melatonin around 10pm. Didn't go to bed till 11:30pm. I'm a night person and although I intended to get a more early sleep my ADHD keeps kicking in and I get lost in the internet. Waking up 1 to 2 times a night. I blame stress where there should be no stress. Life is good right now.
Work out was good. Weights went up.I push my squats and am happy with the weight I put up. Bench is still lacking but getting better I must admit.
Diet is ok.Reta and Tirzep make me not want to eat. I should be back on track to cut out the Tirzep by the end of the month. Chicken and rice is chicken and rice lol. Not alot to say about that. I tried getting creative but Tirzep does not like creativity. Sometimes I only eat the chicken. At least I'm not "eating crackers because the Semaglutide makes me sick to look at food" anymore.
