Sets of 8, 6, 4 - raising the weight every set. Is that the idea when attempting to bulk up and gain weight to life hard and heavy right? And nope im not on any juice.

Looks good to me. Nice and simple. Same sets I do. Except I go 10, 8, 6, 4.
I like to stick with 5-6 when bulking. Just try all different methods to find what works best for ya.
