    i've always heard positive things about west side, but it just seems so darn complicated, i come from a powerlifting background, so i don't like to do sets where i don't use maximum weight, but i'm still going to give it a try when i get board of DC training

    Yeah, it is a little complicated. I use a wave right now for dynamics. In four week cycles I work from 50%-60% of my max and then retest and do it again. I didn't really understand why they say to work with the lightweight but from what I've read it helps train your fast twitch fibers to give you more power out of the hole.
