    Dont go crazy with cardio do 20 min after ur work and u should be fine. Or if you do not care about losing sum mass do 30 min in the morning when u wake up .You do more than 20 min ur going to burn muscle. LESS IS MORE!

    thats odd because i have been doin 40 - 45 min in the am and i have not lost any mass, i have actullaly gained mass and taken away bodyfat. i guess to each is own, cause i know if i was loosin mass all my lifts would not keep goin up
