My fav: Easy, deadlifts, it strains and pushes more muscles in the body than any other exercise and it helps to get the thickness you need to get bigger.

Least fav: Easy again, I hate cardio. Plain and simple I am bored by it. I need some kind of stimulation while I am doing it, and thank God I have found a gym that has the machines turned so you can see the rest of the gym and find some "interesting" things to look at
