hey bro, you should try mixing letrol with phlojel, and putting it directly on the affected area. and to combat a rebound effect you could try adding aromasin to it too. stack that with a little letro and aromasin oraly, and that should make a difference

Last week a guy put 5 plates on each side of the smith machine, tried benching it, ok this is what happened, obviously after reading what happens you will know he didnt line the bench up right. He unracked it, started lowering it and he dislocated his shoulder, then the bar flew right down onto his face, yeah onto his ****ing face, cracked his jaw bone in half and ripped the skin, cant say it was nice to watch, but this guy was an idiot and everyone knows it, just a matter of time before he hurt himself
