    I think Im going to start making my own "energy drinks" like "full throttle" and such...here is what Ive got so far what do you think?...

    base: diet orange soda (preference of taste)
    Active ingrediants: per 8oz.
    2500mg tuarine
    5g creatine
    500mg caffeine

    What do any of think about running the soda through the coffee maker instead of water?...assuming I clean it after use...

    yea, i have to read these two books for my history class, which are first hand accounts of slavery and the eradication of the native americans. its entertaining, but most of it makes me straight sick
