    i wish i could do that many without overtraining, its such a struggle to eat right without having a workout scheduled. i usually end up dropping close to 1000 cals because the hunger isnt there

    going to do back width today. my week off is over, my shoulder shot barely hurts, and i am 4 weeks into a cycle, so i hope this is a damn good day. who's training what today?

    no thats actually fairly normal, most wold combine one of those days. hey its obviously working for you though, and you do have a competitive bb for a bf so i think youve probably got it right lol

    im hitting my biceps right now. in about an hour or two il go to the gym and hit up my back, chest, front delts and tris. then later tonight il hit up my traps and mid/rear delts

    well, personally i overtrained for years. i still love to workout till i cant move, but i need lots of rest in between workout days. everyone has different routines.

    day 3 - lower body/abs
    day 4 - rest
    day 5- repeat from day 1

    yea.. i'm pretty much ready... my back is ready... my shoulders maybe need a bit of tweeking and my bum maybe... but my gym is not geared for bum workouts... i'm like the ONLY girl that go's there

    ahhh i see. i am on a 5 days split right now, which i like better than a 4 day, but even tho today includes few excercises it is very easy for me to overtrain. im with you on the pounding yourself into the ground though, just doesnt feel worth it if i can move like a normal person when im done

    theres a few workouts that you can do for that area without any machines. all you need is some ankle weights

    training biceps like that is not a good idea though. tris/back/chest are good to go on this method of lifting though

    there are several on this board, but then again picture only assesments are a little difficult. so i guess you and webb are both competing at the same show? thats his next comp date too right?

    yea, i like squats... i've ben doin the stepper a lot but unless i arch my back.. it feels like it isn't targetin my glutes... but then my back hurts later...

    yea, we're doing the same show...

    yea.. competitive is healthy tho.. to a certain point.. i have a friend who i work with that is competing for the first time too... so we're tryin to help each other out... she's awesome.. i think she'll do great.. but she thinks she's not ready and thinks i am, while i think i'm not... so it's hard to tell

    i guess we both have our own personal goals

    im starting to liek squats more and more. i wish my knees and back were in perfect health, i could do alot better. anything above 275 sends my spine into agony, and anywhere below parallel makes my knees creak and ache. cant even do hacks at all cause of the knee pain.

    imo its good to never be totally content. thats what keeps me motivated
