    Yes. He wants to lower testosterone and estrogen. He reckons ill feel better by halfing clomid and adding arimidex

    I’m sorry you have to deal with all that. Same thing I went through when I first started having problems in my early 20’s. To be fair though, I always resisted being in TRT even until recently as I just can’t handle being on something like that for life.

    Life cant be taken for granted, it can end at any point.

    Id rather live until that moment knowing that i squeezed everything out of life. If that means sticking my arse with test then im more than happy to do it, excited even.

    Ive actually got s girlfriend right now who wants to have regular sex with me. So i need to make damn sure i have 20mg cialis in my system and that she thinks i want to do it to....

    Thats not something someone my age should be going through... im fairly embarrassed about it and i couldnt imagine friends finding out thats whst i have to do... relying on erectile dysfunction medication to get a hard on...

    I have a type one diabetic friend my age whom i often compare to... he pins 5 sometimes more times per day... everyday.

    I will be pinning once every 10 weeks or 3.5days if im on hcg.

    Absolutely believe im making tbe right decision, consequences be damned. Though id be lying if i said a sliver of doubt didnt cross my mind every now and then.

    Should privately not give me what i want. I will pin testosterone and go to the nhs with a shut down hpta and see what they will do.

    Killed arms today. 2 forced reps and 2 negs on every exercise. Fuckin crushed them. They are painful already.
    Had debilitating forearm pump and looked super yoked. 88kg this morning

    Back on clomid. But feeling pretty shit, very groggy and unsociable.
    Cant wait to see this adex crush my e2.

    pullback week starting tonight, been slacking on cardio going to need to add back in. healthy heart healthy brain right?

    gonna hit legs with a gvt type of approach tonight, never done it before so we will see how that goes. the gym better not be busy or im going to flip my shit tonight. dont feel any different being on adex. debating on what dosage to use.
    didnt take a full 0.25mg dose last time i dont think. tried to split the wee tablet and the fucker smashed so ive got 2 big pieces and a small piece and another piece that left a fragment.... i took the fragment lol. take a big piece tonight.

    checked out the wee leaflet inside the box, vaginal bleeding and dryness occurs in one out of 10 people that use this, how many have been affected on here? and how worried should i be?

    New +10kg on my old pr of decline bench (for my pussy shoulders).

    Hit the 100kg milestone. Finally joined the club.

    Got it for 5 reps. No preworkout or really amped up and ive been eating shit this week.

    Still hammering away at hit trying to push further into hell each session.

    Much prefer it when i have a spotter so i can get forced and negative reps. If not i have to make do with cheats and dropsets.

    Ive not eaten enough this last couple of weeks, unacceptable. In the process of being rectified.

    Currently on a pullback from hit and am just training like i used to... 8-12 reps on things without going to failure.

    Feeling a bit bigger at the moment. Unsure of if being on clomid has anything to do with it. I certainly lost bodyfat without losing weight when i started it.

    Need to get my head in gear if i want to be a massive freak.

    Im wondering id there is a correlation between adex/low e2 and heart burn. Its been pretty bad everyday in the evening. No doubt my e2 is crashed so that might be it

    Hopefully get to go train shoulders later. Dont think ill have a spotter so i cant do db shoulder press.... raging.. i want to press the 40kg dumbells by the end of this bulk.

    25mg ephedrine 200mg caffeine this morning. Got things to do and im still bunged up.

    My boobie flair up is coming along nicely. Got some more last night it feels. Fuck this clomid. Im fuckin sick of it.

    Chest tonight. Pretty excited. Again no spotter so no forced negs or dumbells.... i would also like to hit 50kg dumbell press at the end of the bulk for chest.

    That's heavy! Gyms here rarely have beyond 40kg dumbbells to "keep steroid users away" LOL.

    You will get used to it technique wise and will spend less and less energy getting the DBs in place. Though it's always going to be a problem if you pick a weight you can only do 2-6 reps with and you'll spoil some energy especially on shoulder pressing whatever way you do it. I do them a bit higher rep and getting them in place alone is no prob at all!

    Mines go up to 75kg lol. One day....

    Yeah its a nightmare for shoulders especially... i throw them up strange. Like i launch them from the floor in a seated position to above my heaf in one motion... to i can lift myself 2 sets of dumbells down from whst i can actually press...

    I put them on my lower quad, seated and kick them up, very stable though if I don't get it right it might take 2-3 seconds and the fatigue robs me of 2-3 reps lol

    48kg dumbells 7 reps chest press. Piece of fuckin piss! Would have manged the 50s if i never did shoulders yesterday.
