i did my chest WO today and by the time I was half way through I had really sore shoulder joints. They were almost painful but, ****, now they kinda hurt. Its weird, I can do incline heavy no prob but, flat heavy hurts?? You would think it would be vice versa. Now Im takin tylenol cause I dont have any ibuprofen on me.
