    Thank ya.

    I’m definitely curious to see where I end up at the end of this 12 weeks of 600mg. Kinda cool to have everything documented in stages from fatty, to skinny shit, to fairly lean but still a skinny shit, to a year of TRT, and then the first cycle.

    Bringing back the tempo work. Been far too long, and I want to see how this feels on cycle.

    Tempo Bike:
    5 minute warmup
    4x40 sec 150 watts+10 pullups/20 sec rest-5
    4x40 sec 150 watts+5 HLRs/20 sec rest
    4 minute active rest
    4x40 sec 150 watts+10 pushups/20 sec rest
    4x40 sec 150 watts+20 McGill Situps/20 sec rest

    Just curious and by no means telling you to use or not to use and you probably have it posted somewhere in here but are you running any type of AI at the moment? I personally hate to use them except when absolutely necessary

    Running 25mg Aromasin per day for the moment. I have an order in for Nolva though, and once I have that in hand, I’m going to drop the Asin for the serm and see just how my body aromatizes at 600mg.

    I’ll just run that at 10mg/day up to mid cycle bloods, assuming that no other E2 related symptoms crop up (blood pressure going completely stupid, etc.) and see what everything is looking like.

    Personally I think you will like dropping it until way later in your cycle. I know everyone is different but that is a lot of Aromasin. By the way your progression so far is dang awesome

    Yeah, unfortunately every damned pill splitter I have just seems to disintegrate Aromasin tabs, and when I tried just taking 25mg eod, I quickly started getting mild but annoying ass nipple itching on the days I wasn’t taking it.

    If your interested in changing you can get that liquid aromasin from a research company and it makes it really easy to dose. I would hate to try and dose with a pill. Just figure I would let you know if you want to try it. Like I said I am in no way advising anything.

    Apparently the lady hormones are finally doing their thing on my soft tissues. I had to double check the pin height for pause squats. I’m used to sitting into depth until my hips essentially hit maximum tightness. There was no maximum tightness. Just kept descending until I hit the pins and thought I had set them too high. Nope. Something something birthing hips. Hah.

    Doing great. Weight is definitely jumping faster, and my performance is better in all respects. I’m also hearing more and more evidence that makes me happy that I’m going this route.

    Really, I’ve only been at it for about two and a half years now. That barely qualifies as “intermediate” from a training age perspective. It’s just been really fucking cool to ride this absurd chain of “noob gains” the whole time, that came first from starting training, then finding out I needed TRT the whole time, then going into my first cycle.
