Just curious and by no means telling you to use or not to use and you probably have it posted somewhere in here but are you running any type of AI at the moment? I personally hate to use them except when absolutely necessary

Running 25mg Aromasin per day for the moment. I have an order in for Nolva though, and once I have that in hand, I’m going to drop the Asin for the serm and see just how my body aromatizes at 600mg.
I’ll just run that at 10mg/day up to mid cycle bloods, assuming that no other E2 related symptoms crop up (blood pressure going completely stupid, etc.) and see what everything is looking like.
If your interested in changing you can get that liquid aromasin from a research company and it makes it really easy to dose. I would hate to try and dose with a pill. Just figure I would let you know if you want to try it. Like I said I am in no way advising anything.

Apparently the lady hormones are finally doing their thing on my soft tissues. I had to double check the pin height for pause squats. I’m used to sitting into depth until my hips essentially hit maximum tightness. There was no maximum tightness. Just kept descending until I hit the pins and thought I had set them too high. Nope. Something something birthing hips. Hah.

Really, I’ve only been at it for about two and a half years now. That barely qualifies as “intermediate” from a training age perspective.
